Instant Location Alerts
When your pet is lost and their tag is scanned, you will immediately receive an email with a Google Maps link to the scan location.
Dynamic Pet Profile
Update your contact info or your pet's medical details (like allergies) online anytime without needing a new physical tag.
Smart Status Switching
Switch between "Safe" and "Lost" modes. When marked as Lost, any scan will immediately trigger an email alert to the owner. In Safe mode, finders can view pet info without triggering emergency alerts.
No Batteries or Subscriptions
Uses passive QR technology that stays online forever. No charging required and zero monthly or annual fees.
📖 Getting Started
Activate Your Tag
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the back of the tag. This is the fastest way to start the activation process. Alternatively, you can visit our homepage and manually enter the 8-character ID (e.g., AB12CD34).
Complete Your Profile
Once activated, you can manage a comprehensive digital profile for your pet. You can update the following information anytime:
- Pet Basics: Name, Species, Breed, and Photo.
- Medical Info: Allergies, medications, or special needs.
- Owner Info: Your name and primary contact number.
- Multi-Contact Support: Add Additional Contacts (e.g., family members, neighbors, or your veterinarian) to increase the chances of your pet being returned safely.
Set Status
Keep your pet's status as "Safe" normally. If your pet goes missing, switch it to "Lost" in your dashboard to enable Google Map location email alerts.
🛠️ Troubleshooting & FAQ
The QR code won't scan?
Ensure your camera lens is clean and there is enough light. If the tag is damaged, a finder can still enter the 8-character ID printed on the tag directly on our website.
Why is there no location in the alert email?
Location data depends on the finder's browser permissions. If the finder denies the "Share Location" prompt, we cannot record coordinates. However, you will still receive a notification that the tag was scanned.
Why do I need an account?
An account allows you to securely manage multiple tags. You can update your information from any device at any time, even if you lose your phone.
Not receiving notifications?
Check your Spam/Junk folder. To ensure delivery, please add our email address to your contacts or whitelist.
